What can you store in your storage unit?
From general home appliances, furniture, sports gear, and work equipment, to documents and files, if it can fit into your storage unit you can store it
What is the process of moving in?
You may move in any time, after you have signed and returned our agreement along with one month’s rent in advance (or proof of payment made). Same day can be arranged if needed, give us a call.
Can anyone else access your storage unit?
No, each unit has an individual padlock system. You can either bring your own padlock, or we have them available for purchase at site
How do you access the site?
The electric gate has swipe card access. You will be give a card once the agreement and payment has been received
How soon do you need to pay?
Payment has to be for a month and is in advance. You pay when you sign up.
What happens if you wish to move out within the first month?
We only require one week’s notice prior to moving out, and minimum rental term of 1 month
Is there anything you can’t store?
While you can store almost anything in your storage unit there are some things that aren’t allowed.
These include anything that is:
- Leaking or giving or noxious flumes
- Hazardous materials such as explosives, flammable or combustible liquids or goods
- Perishable items which could decompose i.e. fresh or packaged food
- Living items such as animals and plants
- Stolen or illegal goods such as drugs, firearms etc
What is the method of payment?
Automatic payment into our bank account, need to be made either fortnightly or monthly. You will be supplied our bank account number with your copy of the storage agreement
You are required to make the first payment in advance before we give you an access card.
Are your goods safe from the elements?
Yes, our units are weather proof to ensure you belongings stay safe & dry
What hours can you access your storage unit?
For increased security reasons, the site is only accessible between 7am-7pm each day. However, should you need to access your storage unit outside of these hours please just give us a call to arrange.
Do you need insurance?
Yes. You need to arrange for your own insurance cover through your insurance company. We suggest that you call your insurance provider to confirm you are covered to stored belongings.
Belongings valuable enough to store should be insured.
What happens if you do not pay?
If storage fees are not paid, you will not be able to access your storage unit until you are up to date on your payments.
If payments continue to not be paid, we have the right, under the storage agreement to sell your goods to recover the money owed.
Can an invoice be sent?
On request we can generate an invoice for you via email.
Can you access the storage unit undercover?
Yes, all our storage units are inside a larger facility which is completely covered
What security is in place?
You can only access the property with a registered swipe card, each unit is then individually locked with your own padlock (to which only you hold the key).
All storage units are inside a larger shed that is not accessible between 7pm - 7am each night. The site also has security cameras in place to monitor anyone accessing the property
